My husband subsribed to Public Mobile but gave the wrong recommendation code. He was supposed to give mine. We want to change that

If for some reason your husband used someone's code, that unfortunately isn't changeable. Is this just a matter of a typing error and your code being typed incorrectly and not working?

@882 you can still give your recommendation code to your friend's an family member's as well snice your husband enter the wrong recommendation code by using someone else instead of using yours code, and i don't think it able to changeable once you enter the code.

Regrettably if it was an active code, it can’t be switched to another subscriber.

Coincidentally, if a user forgets to put in a referral code on the activation, public mobile will add one after the fact.

So it’s better to forget then to enter the wrong code.

If by chance the code he entered didn’t work, then he can ask the customer support agents to add yours.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

If you mean the PIN # - then your husband has to log in to his account and simply update his PIN number.

but referral codes are random, not sequential codes, it's hard to make a typo and got someone else code

anyway , you can try to open ticket with PM CS agent as advised above and hope they can make the change.
