      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you had service here since before last July? ie. did you sign up in a store? If so then you need to contact support through the chatbot(simon) link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you signed after last summer then look in all your emails for the welcome email from when you signed up or other marketing and promo emails. That's the login id. Then you can use reset password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
