Look in all your emails for the welcome email from here and other marketing promotional emails from here. That's the email address you used when you signed up.

Another way to determine your email address is to use various possible email addresses in the “forgot password” function.

The one which results in a password reset email being sent is your public mobile username.

Only a CS_Agent can assist you with changing the email on your account.

Have your security PIN ready to reply to the private message when they reply back to your request.
