      <title>Unable to add Credit Card "Unable to process this transaction"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my debit card and had it replaced with new expiry and security code so I tried to re-add after my autopay failed when I forgot, and I am unable to add a new credit card and reactivate my plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just says unable to process transaction&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/29986"&gt;@ikawa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try refreshing the page or using another browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure your new debit card is activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also recently switched my autopay to a new debit card and got the same message, and it turned out&amp;nbsp;I didn't activate the card yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
