      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't sign in to my account. Noticed my password was in bold when I reset it and every time I try to sign in it is not in bold so I get the error message that email and password does not match.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you use pubic mobiles AI on the account section and request to open a ticket he will ask you a couple of questions and then you will be redirected to open a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
