Can I please get a mod to give me a puk code

phones locked cause I stupidly put a sim pin on my phone because I was trying to top up my balance and when 611 asked for my pin I didn’t know what they were talking about and when I saw that setting I thought oh I need to activate it.

also. I’ll need that sim pin.

You can get the PUK from a CS_Agent for the SIM (which you set).

Same with the PIN for your account (which you set). You can view/change the PIN when you login to your account and is under Profile section.

Especially because they become preset and are written on your sim card packaging. So. Idk what your talking about.

There are no PUK on the SIM package.
On iPhone you set the SIM lock:

If you have a Samsung phone, you will need a PUK for the phone and you need to contact Samsung Canada.

Did you set a sim pin? Or try to guess it and then got the PUK message? Or did you get this? If you got this screen then the default pin # is 1234. Try that once and see if it works?
