    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/273982"&gt;@ron11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Did you just port your number in?&amp;nbsp; It can take upto 2 hours to complete but usually a lot less.&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting the phone over the next hour or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, did you respond with a YES to the transfer text from the previous carrier within 90 minutes (needs old SIM in phone)?&amp;nbsp; Also the previous account needs to stay active until the port is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
