    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went onto my account today to change my plan as today is my renewal date and I wanted more data. After I had made the new plan I wanted and payed the new price&amp;nbsp;my overview is still showing the old plan that I no longer want. When I tried to fix this it wanted me to either wait another 30 day or pay again full price for the new plan. Is there&amp;nbsp;anyway to fix this so I&amp;nbsp;can have the plan I thought I was getting before the next 30 days?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like an errant renewal took place on the old plan.&amp;nbsp; The moderator team will be required to switch plans to avoid having to make a double payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
