Help! No one can fix Alcatel Idol x Plus screen!

The screen on my Alcatel One Touch Idol x Plus has a small crack and cannot be used. I know warranty does not cover this. It seems it's such an unpopular phone, no one can replace the glass, at least not any places I've emailed. Since I cannot use it, I can't call and ask & waiting for a company to respond to an email, takes too long. Does anyone know if there is a place that can replace the glass on the Island of Montreal?

Hi @ChristinaAnneM, sorry nobody has gotten back to you yet. You unfortunately picked a time when these community forums are VERY busy due to an increase in new customers from the recent plan changes.

I live in Vancouver and can't suggest anywhere in particular,but, have you tried looking for an official Alcatel repair centre?
