    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/273866"&gt;@Wareck50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would recommend doing these steps below while in incognito mode:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;log into your self-serve account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;click the 3rd tab down on the left hand side, titled "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Payments&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;in the Pre-authorized area tap "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manage Payment Method&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then tap "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Update Card Information&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from there, you'll be prompted to enter the complete credit card information with the new information&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then tap "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Save Payment Information&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" at the bottom&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/273866"&gt;@Wareck50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure you update your credit card in My Account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You just need to login My Account,&amp;nbsp; go to Payment page, then Manage Payment Method,&amp;nbsp; and Update Card Information&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once updated , best to also load enough fund for next payment to test it out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
