Check your payment history for the manual top up transaction. (Click the little refresh arrow at the bottom right first) Do you see the transaction? Was the voucher amount enough to pay for your plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When paying by voucher it's best to load them via 611 or calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering&amp;nbsp; your 10 digit phone #. Then press(1) and (1) again and enter the 12 digit pin #. You will be told you successfully added funds and you will be automatically reactivated (unless you have suspended via lost/stolen)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
