@Indra1phone Try again incognito mode private mode or a another device or lap top there are cache issues on pm site

edit if you know your PIN code you can 611 or if you get a voucher no pin is needed

@Indra1phone For now you are could purchase a voucher from 7/11, London Drugs, SDM or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone to get your account paid and stop any interruption in service. Muskbird.com also sells PM vouchers for a small fee.

Unfortunately, as already mentioned, the caching has been a serious issue for several months now, so it's alwayts best to clear your cookies or use incognito/private mode on your browser for future logins.

If using a device with stored/remembered credentials on Chrome browser, sometimes when these autofill, the device also attempts to automatically log you in. If a device does this, do not tap the sign in button while it is trying to log you in as it will deliver an error message
