      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition to 611 and the registered credit card and pin or with vouchers and no pin...you can dial 1-855-4pu-blic and do the same thing. Or you can go to some stores and use real time payments to pay directly into anyones account just needing the phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
