      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey I recently just changed plans to one with 15gb of 4G data (I was getting 8.5gb on 3G) and now that I have swapped my data has slowed down horrendously. I’ve done everything SIMon says and that hasn’t helped I need real help. Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
