Data not Working

Hey I recently just changed plans to one with 15gb of 4G data (I was getting 8.5gb on 3G) and now that I have swapped my data has slowed down horrendously. I’ve done everything SIMon says and that hasn’t helped I need real help. Thank you in advance

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile

Refresh page. ^^^

also when changing from 3G to 4G it can take up to 48 hours for you to notice the difference in speed

edit out your cellular data on 4G /LTE automatic

Yes, the speed change can take 48 hours but that shouldn't cause a slowdown.
