How do you do the tagging? I type the shift-2 then the name list pops up and I choose a name. I keep typing if the name has not posted in the current thread. How does that @ then follow the name? Is this on mobile? Which OS? Which browser?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know there's a space problem with following the tagged name. Does the @ just show up on its own?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm only saying something because I find it rather distracting to the flow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Vouchers are Not refundable. If you are PM customer just add funds to your account. If not, find somebody who is and give/sell it to him/her.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I open the reply box I get a white background area first and the little toolbar up top is incomplete. I wait until the textbox and toolbar goes normal. But I tried a tag in the white and it didn't repeat anything. I typed the @ and got nothing and then type your username and when the normal box arrived it was all just lower case anyway and no underlined link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know. It's just those @'s are so distracting to me for reading your posts. Maybe I shouldn't read them &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If noticed right away the clerk has the ability to refund a pm voucher. You can try and appeal to the manager if you have no easy way of reselling the pm voucher. If you are willing to sell it at a discount then other community members may reach out via private message and make an arrangement. Otherwise there are no refunds with prepaid services or products unless the provider is at fault. Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
