I bought a public mobile voucher at the gas by accident..the gas station said I have to contact public mobile for a refund..how do I get my refund?

@Johnson1017 Sorry, but you're out of luck as there is no refunds for vouchers purchased. Perhaps you know someone who has service here and are willing to pay for it or advertise on Craislist ?

Vouchers are Not refundable. If you are PM customer just add funds to your account. If not, find somebody who is and give/sell it to him/her.

honest, vouchers usually are not refundable. If the store not able to provide you refund, it is even harder to get some to provide refund for you

otherwise, try your luck at craigslist, Facebook marketplace, or Kijiji, or a friend or relative who is on public mobile.

Sorry @Handy1 might have given you hope to open ticket with CS agent , but there is no refund for voucher

You can try to use it with PM, or if you are not PM customer, you might want to see if any member here willing to help out by buying it from you

@Handy1- I'm still wracking my brain trying to figure out how those excess @'s repeatedly show up in your posts. How do you do the tagging? I type the shift-2 then the name list pops up and I choose a name. I keep typing if the name has not posted in the current thread. How does that @ then follow the name? Is this on mobile? Which OS? Which browser?

I know there's a space problem with following the tagged name. Does the @ just show up on its own?

I'm only saying something because I find it rather distracting to the flow.

@Handy1- Weird. When I open the reply box I get a white background area first and the little toolbar up top is incomplete. I wait until the textbox and toolbar goes normal. But I tried a tag in the white and it didn't repeat anything. I typed the @ and got nothing and then type your username and when the normal box arrived it was all just lower case anyway and no underlined link.

I don't know. It's just those @'s are so distracting to me for reading your posts. Maybe I shouldn't read them 🙂

@dust2dust think I just figured it out when I hit @to bring up names in thread if I just start to type it pulls up another @ but if I hit space bar before I start to type it seems to not happen … I’ll try and train myself to hit space bar after selecting a members name and that should help

Your mistake or the clerk's mistake? If noticed right away the clerk has the ability to refund a pm voucher. You can try and appeal to the manager if you have no easy way of reselling the pm voucher. If you are willing to sell it at a discount then other community members may reach out via private message and make an arrangement. Otherwise there are no refunds with prepaid services or products unless the provider is at fault. Best of luck!
