If so it will be difficult to get it changed but you can try.....follow &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48399"&gt;@dabr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s instructions to contact customer support and plead your case. If you wanted a higher priced plan or you selected the $40/5gb plan in your self serve account instead of the $40/15gb plan you will have a better chance of getting it changed than downgrading your plan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Go into your self serve and change it through plans and add ons. If you made the change for immediately you will get charged twice as it isn't prorated. Best is if you select change on renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
