I'm not sure why, but it won't show on my SIM card that my plan got upgraded. I log into my account, and it's updated to the new plan. I tried restarting my phone, removing SIM card then put it back in, and changing SIM card slots. None of it worked, my bank account got charged for the new plan but my SIM card still shows my old plan I was using prior. Please help!

If you upgraded recently to the newer 4G plans, they could take 72 hours for that to change to 4G.

It's already showing on my account that my plan updated to the new one. But on the SIM card itself, it hasn't changed over to the 4G speed with 20GB of data. It's still using 3G network speed with 3GB of data. The only thing that changed, was the payment on my bank account.

@Pandalover- The sim doesn't show anything like that. Maybe your phone is set to 3G. Set it to 4G/LTE. Maybe you set a maximum for data usage to 3gb. I would just turn it off seeing as how this place doesn't charge anything extra for overages.

Your calls will still be on 3G your data however should say 4G/ LTE is your network setting set to 4G or LTE also it can take up to 48 hours before you notice a difference in speed
