How do I change my original email

I'm trying to access my online account and I no longer have access to the original email and need to change it to my current email

@deighanmoseph - you can still log in with the old email if you know the password.

But to change the email, only CSA can do that for you.

Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

Only agent can update your email

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

It won't let me write a ticket because it keeps saying my password is incorrect which it is not because I'm signed in now

@deighanmoseph if you know the 4 digits pin, change to login with PIN at that point

if not, just message them directly here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
