    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just renewed my plan and I am having trouble receiving and making calls.&amp;nbsp; It seems like my plan didn't renew.&amp;nbsp; I have turned off my phone and turned back on but not having any luck.&amp;nbsp; All calls goes to Voicemail and I can retrieve the messages but not receive or make a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your PM account to see if it is Active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this before doing it:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/179518"&gt;@kimsimms&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try &lt;STRONG&gt;another&lt;/STRONG&gt; person's SIM card in your device to see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try resetting your network connections and toggling airplane mode on and off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Services aren't functioning after that, try logging into your self-serve site and see what is displayed. You can also dial 611 from the device and hear an audible recording as to the account status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Remember not to turn the screen off or restart, you need to power off the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You only other solution is to contact a CS_Agent and have a technician look into your issue. Create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened to me awhile back and the technician took a few days to fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Iphone:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;app. Next, tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;General -&amp;gt; Transfer or Reset iPhone -&amp;gt; Reset -&amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and enter your passcode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your iPhone will reset network settings&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;restart itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;android:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;and tap Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Advanced &amp;gt; Reset options &amp;gt; Reset network settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
