      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the $50 account with 3Gand 10 g of data. Then I got an ad for an upgrade to a plan for $55 20 g of data and was supposed to get 4g. Everything was upgraded except the 4g. How do I get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
