Only us, customers like yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you managed to open a ticket then agent will get back to you. Sometimes it takes few hours but they DO respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to call 611 and buy US add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The email address is just a login id. Are your services working? You can send the password reset to SMS suspended or not and also login verification with SMS with active service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you going to the US? That's the only place to roam with Public. You can buy roaming add-ons in the account and also 611 (and 18554public) and also the chatbot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
