What country are you calling and what addons do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you factory reset your phone you purchased from Public before you started to customize the phone by chance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PL cannot make call to all countries,&amp;nbsp; just selected one&lt;/P&gt;</description>
