      <title>No SIM card received yet.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, wondering how long it takes for a new customer to receive a SIM card in the mail? Apparently that's the only option nowadays instead of getting one at Walmart etc. I ordered &amp;amp; paid for it Dec. 29th &amp;amp; states 5-10 business days. I know the holidays can slow things down but it's Jan. 13th so now 11 business days &amp;amp; no SIM. Is it normal for things to be slow with this company? Suggestions? How do I reach a live customer service rep? TIA for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some people get theirs a lot faster but it’s definitely really frustrating when there’s no way to track it.
