Are you currently in the USA?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, ensure you see the addon listed on your addon list in your My Account, click the refresher circle arrow button to see latest data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For issues with US Roaming Add-Ons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarting your phone should help you connect to the correct network.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to the cellular or network settings in your phone, and manually select T-Mobile's network.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get Help Article for Roaming and things for reference:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/us-roaming#:~:text=Troubleshooting%20U.S.%20Roaming%20Add%2DOns" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/us-roaming#:~:text=Troubleshooting%20U.S.%20Roaming%20Add%2DOns&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to Public Mobile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
