How are you sure you are on AutoPay? Have you linked your credit card?

yes i changed my creadit card but it shows the old number when I pay it charges the new one

Have you tried removing your cc completely and than adding the new one?

So, are you saying that on the day of renewal, the system doesn't automatically charge the amount?

Are you getting the AutoPay rewards?
