    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/272923"&gt;@sallyphilips&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible you're viewing 2 charges on your credit card statement, one &lt;STRONG&gt;pending&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and the other &lt;STRONG&gt;authorized&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Typically, these 'pending' charges fall off and only one remains as authorized.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To ensure, check your Payments tab in self-serve to see if only a payment equaling your plan amount was extracted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/159007"&gt;@yackinlyn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it's quite normal for some companies charges to pend for up to several days before they 'settle' into an authorized charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The real tell here will be whether&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/272923"&gt;@sallyphilips&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;payment history on their self-serve shows 2 separate payments on 2 consecutive days.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If this is the case, the 2nd payment may very well display under their Available Funds (and can then be used as a 'prepayment' towards their next renewal)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It did surprised me first time I signed cc notifications on two charges.them I learned myself just a pending one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
