I don't get a text message for voicemail notice.

I already set up a voicemail box but wonder if is there any other step to get a notice for the voicemail,

@sky1052 are you using iPhone and on the latest iOS? there have been some posts about this no VM notifications after updating to the latest iOS

I don't receive a text.

I receive a "New voicemail" notification on the Android i use.

Open the "Phone" app, tap the 3 little dots upper right, then tap Voicemail.

There should be a "Notifications" tab wherein you can set various notification particulars to your liking, including sound, pop-up, vibrate, etc.

Try performing a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.

See if this resets things.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

galaxy note 10. It worked in a previous mobile company.

If you have a similar menu structure to this:

go into dialer, 3 dots, settings, Voicemail - what do you have in there?

back and Supplementary services, call forwarding - what all shows in the 4 settings

@sky1052 Other carriers do text message notication of new voice mail. Public doesn't do that.

You have to rely on the app notification from your phone's app. Do you have that set?

yes PM does not do text notifications. that's a visual voicemail feature and PM doesn't have visual voicemail
