      <description>&lt;P&gt;correct, i got two text cc&amp;nbsp; notifacations of the same charge, one is pending one is acctual charge,&amp;nbsp; if you log in cc to see, there is only one charge happened&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
