      <title>Wrong points back</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Just started my plan with Public last month. And the points back for the 2nd month are 50% of those in the 1st month. On the activity page, they both are "10% points back", and I have not changed my plan. How can I get this corrected? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Only the actual amount you paid for with your own "money" is eligible for points earning. A screenshot of your payment history will help us determine if you have been shortchanged on your points earned for the plan payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
