      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay $40 for 15GB data At 4G net work. It has been two month since December. My plan still use 3G net work. One GB data. The plan has not change. You over charge me $15 for two month. My plan does not upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/272637"&gt;@alexsung&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;what brand and model your phone is??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does the phone stays actually shows 3G? or LTE?&amp;nbsp; please note that LTE=4G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you use some speed test to confirm the speed?&amp;nbsp; what data speed you bhave now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check Preferred network type on your phone?&amp;nbsp; make sure either Automatic is selected or 4&amp;amp; or LTE is selected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
