      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband has an account with you. &amp;nbsp;I need to know what we used for an email address and password for him. &amp;nbsp;I had an issue with my account where I had to destroy my credit card and then my service was interrupted because the card didn’t work on auto pay. &amp;nbsp;I’ve changed the card number and my stuff is working well, but I need to see what his is under, and I can’t find it. &amp;nbsp;I’m sorry, I didn’t write it down, and he doesn’t know either because I set it up. &amp;nbsp;Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
