    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just buy a voucher to cover your plan cost and use 611 to reactivate. Lots of stores sell these vouchers and a couple places online. There's a real time payment option in some stores. Then figure out why your password won't work. That way you'll have service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you know your 4 digit account pin you can use 611 and the registered credit card to pay. (no 4 digit pin needed for vouchers though)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
