Don't receive calls in roaming US (purchased talk and text US add-on!)

Hi, I have a physical sim of Public mobile, and e-sim with American Mint. In the US right now. Purchased yesterday a package for roaming and texts, and I am not receiving calls on my Public phone number. what to do? the ticket is submitted. I am waiting for an important call, spent 15 bucks to secure receiving it and nothing.

Try rebooting your device and make sure you are manually connected to the T-Mobile network on device the public mobile SIM is in.

@YuliaSobol roaming calls could be tricky. But does your text work?

Which city and state you are at?

you need to make sure your phone is connected to T-Mobile and hope to be able to connect to T-Mobile's 2G network.

Try again in different area. The 2G network is not reliable.

Worst case, PM support will refund you the cost of the addon
