UNTIL you check with your credit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirm PM has NOT charge you yet before you proceed to try activating again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And did you request porting?&amp;nbsp; did you provide IMEI number instead of account number from the old provider?&amp;nbsp; I suggest you to try to use account number and that could avoid this error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again,do not try activation again until you confirmed that PM has not charged you earlier in your first attempt&lt;/P&gt;</description>
