I tried to change my plan and it asked me to top up to 111.00 for three months. I did this and it automatically renewed my old plan and took it out of the 111.00.

It doesn't let you change it to the new plan now without adding more money when I already added exactly what my new plan would cost for 3 months.

HELP! FIX THIS!

I'm truly sorry about this inconvenience,

Can you please reboot your phone? I have activated the plan of your choice 🙂

Thanks,
