Hey, I got some reciece SMS Messages issues. I can't send and receive code/ messages from some app and my friend. Can you help me?

@Mia123 did you just join PM today?

or you have been with PM for some time and just start having sms issue today?

and incoming and outgoing voice calls are working?

First, try to Reset all Network and see if it helps

If possible, put your PM sim card in another phone to test it out.

if you don't have another phone around, try to reseat the sim card (power off the phone first ,take sim card out for a minute, then put it back in and power up)

Try adjusting RCS services, then try texting again:

If Android, try adjusting Chat messages options.

tap Messaging app,
tap 3 little dots top right,
select Settings,
under Chat settings, scroll to "Select default messaging type",
toggle it to Automatic or Text/multimedia msg

For Apple, adjust the iMessage settings:

tap the Settings app,
tap Messages,
turn iMessage off by toggling the switch to grey from green.

Maybe a little more info?

Only one friend/contact?
Do you have an iPhone or Android? Your friend?
Can you send/recieve SMS/MMS with everyone else?
Are you using your stock messaging app or a third party app?
How long has this been happening? Did it start after renewal?

my husband has no data ,he can only receive Imessage under wifi, does your freind use iphone and enable imessage? if so, turn on your data ?

@yackinlyn your husband can hold down on the message that not delivered (since there is no data) and then click "Send as SMS" to send via sms instead

@yackinlyn no, the trick i mentioned above was just to send.

To receive iMessage, he has no choice but to use Wifi or Data

Didn't get get the 2GB data from Christmas? already used up that as well?

Thank for for your helping.

I try to all useful way from everyone, so I couldn't receive any message. I use apple phone and I can receive any message near few days.

So you can't recieve any messages? On wifi or with mobile data for iMessage? You have SMS/MMS enabled in your settings and you cannot recieve them either? When's the last time you updated your iOS software? Connect to wifi or iTunes and check for software updates and update your carrier profile.
