    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a phone from Public in September and now it says the battery needs to be serviced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any recourse here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mean I know its used any everything, but shouldn't a battery go more than 4 months before its pooched? I mean who inspected this thing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its a little frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
