      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I get my email account from day 1 when I sign in to Public&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot sign in and try to add and sign in with a new email address... so how also to speak with an agent to help me with this issue I have&lt;/P&gt;</description>
