Normally you should just schedule a change plan on next renewal but you are not losing any great value so not a big deal but if you are on the old $$ rewards you will not get your rewards applied until your next renewal or on points if you have referral points they will not be earned until your next renewal. Otherwise do not worry about being charged again....as explained by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50719"&gt;@Dunkman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; it's just a caching problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I changed my plan from 5 GB to 15 GB for the same price, it's 1 day before my bill due date, and instead of clicking on "change on renewal day" I pressed "change now" and paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now I see that I will have to pay again tomorrow my full bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can I cancel the transaction for the plan change?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
