@fares80 @First edit and remove your personal phone number under your name to the right by time stamp hit tap arrow and edit

Your PM account number is on your self-serve screen under the Profile tab.

Hover over the account number field to the right and it'll display for you. You may also have to tap the crossed-out eye icon as it's masked:

If you received an activation email from these accounts the account number should be in the TO line of those emails as well.

If having issues about which email you signed up with (if you did register for a My Account), use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

If still issues with My Account log, you can submit a ticket here to: Create, forgot or change My Account email or password link
