Can't Login - Password Reset Error

I need to pay my mobile bill and I cannot login with my e-mail address xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

When I attempt to reset the e-mail password, it shows an error has occurred. Can someone help me urgently?

@sagar4155 are you a current customer, not suspended for over 90 days or have ported out? If either are true you lost access to your My Account.

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

@sagar4155 @Try logging in again in incognito mode there are cache issues and or even another device like a lap top
