Is this a re-buy from having one previously? Roaming only works with T-Mobile. Make sure you're connected to them.

Adding - and you're in the states right?

Turn data on and roam on. Manual to connect to T-Mobile .

@hycm53- They didn't say they got data. The roaming switch is also only for data.

Check your account to see if you can see that add-on there. Are you currently in USA?

According to Public Mobile:

PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US roaming. Try to manually connect to T-mobile and have roaming on.

Voice and SMS text will still work.

Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.

However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

@Meow- A couple things, the T-Mobile 2G is for talk. It would otherwise stay on LTE (as usually set). Having roaming on is only for data. This customer didn't say they got data.
