      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271532"&gt;@LRH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you will have to open ticket with PM support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But do you need the sim card for new account activation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are a PM subscriber now , just try to change phone, you can simply swap the sim card from old phone to new phone, without waiting for PM's to send you a new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need it for new account activation, please note that it could take them long to ship one back , a week to three weeks.&amp;nbsp; You might want to buy a PM sim from local Telus or Koodo store so you can activate earlier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But either way, it's good to ask PM to send you back one.&amp;nbsp; Please open ticket with PM using chatbot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
