Issues accessing voice mail

I recently changed phones and now when I try to call the voice mail number it states that the number does not exist. Can anyone help?

@Macje Update the Voicemail number to one of the number on this post. Pick one in your province

Click the Phone icon.
Choose Keypad.
Input *5005*86*17785804001#.
Press Call to program the number.
"17785804001" can be replaced with any of the voicemail access numbers on the above link

@Macje which VM number you picked to use from the page I provided above? Try to manually dial that number and see if that works.

If it works, use the * dial sequence and enter it on your phone

Open Phone app

click the options on the top right (3 dots) > Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail Number

Input 17785804001 ,or any VM number you choose
