      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271975"&gt;@Gailcornell585&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll have to get a new sim card and then do a sim card change once you can login to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't access your account or email address, than you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
