I am trying to port a landline to PM but cannot enter my address properly. There are prompts for street number and street name. I have a street number but my street name is a numbered Avenue and I am unable to input this. Is there a way around this issue?

hi @Banus address is not extremely important, it is just for record.

So, write out the English if the number, like First street for 1st street

Can you enter Twelfth Avenue? (eg)

Adding - folks, this is the landline porting screen, not the profile screen.

I hope no one lives in 100 Mile House and wants to port a landline. Also no numeric entry.

Can you try to enter spelling a number (17. Ave - Seventeenth Ave., etc.)?

Address does not matter much for PM so try to find a way around or accept what PM is offering, (if it offers anything at all).

And @Banus , remember porting from lamdlone could take as many as 7 business days. Let us know if there is any other issues
