How to get 2 years usage history?

Hello Community,

Is there a way to get a two years calling history somewhere else? I do need two years usage history to find out a phone call from the government. It happened in June or July 2016. Now it is November 2017, so I can only get November 2016. I need to find out this phone call to prove someone from the government had called me at that time. Because they promised to solve something for me at that time, but now they refused to admit they've done that before. Is there anything the community can do to help me find those history?

@sheva605 if you log into your account online, I believe that there is a tab for call history. You can check it out there. I am not sure how far back it goes.

If it doesn't go that far back then please contact @CS_Agent. They maybe able to help you out.

I think online history only goes back ~~90 days~~ 1 year. And I don't think mods can go any further back.

Too bad that you were told as such by the government officials. It is impossible to get call history that is more than an year ago. Sorry my friend.

From what I have been told by the moderator team in a previous interaction, they cannot readily access more than 14 days back on their terminal. Since this usage data is kept probably forever, I am sure that it can be retrieved from the historical records. I would ask the moderator team nicely and get them to elevate the request through the back office.

You can go back 1 year by selecting the option to select dates.

While technically the option to go back a full year exists: If I pick a date range in MY usaage history that's beyond the 90 days mark, it turns up: "No usage available for the time period selected". (And trust me a did choose a period when the phone was ringing off the hook... 😉 )

@wetcoaster @NDesai kind of an moot point since @sheva605 needs calling data from more than 12 months ago. So even if it worked as it's designed to, it wouldn't help.
