Are you the first person here to report a problem with roaming? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Did you click twice on the purchase button? Do you see the two charges in the payment history? Or do you see two "transactions" on your credit card? One might stay as pending and then drop off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
