Can you help me to change my plan to 20gb/month for $40?

Why can't you? Can you log in to your account?

Log in, click on the plan & add-ons tab, click on change my plan, select the 4G tab up top (if not already), click on the orange arrows to highlight the plan, click on change at next renewal (no prorating here).

It's $45 for 20gb or $40 for 15gb by the way.

@amateju @Log into pm and go to plan / add on and change plan be sure to select change on renewal if your existing customer so you don’t lose out on you current cycle also I think the plan with 20G is $45 there’s also a 15G for $40

You have to do that yourself.

If you have problem logging in then: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Pick a plan and do: schedule plan change on next renewal

@amateju you can modify your monthly plan in the self-service account. make sure you understand to renew now and renew on the next renewal date.

Know that we are all customers like you here on the forum @amateju . Therefore, have no access to your account.

This is a self service model that is set up for you to be able to do this yourself (amongst other things).
