      <title>Service suspension</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While attempting to suspend autopay i needed a 4 digit number.&amp;nbsp; My account was set up originally by a person in a local store which is now closed, and i assume he put in a number but did not give it to me.&amp;nbsp; The 611 computer will not let me go fwd. without one. Is there a solution or any way to speak to a human at Public?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
